1PM Take in the view from the top of the Carfax Tower

Work your way up the 99 steps of this tower, to enjoy some stunning views of the city. If you’re worried about keeping an eye on the time, there are two figures known as ‘quarter boys’ on the front of the tower that ring out every quarter of an hour. 

3PM Afternoon tea at The Randolph 

The Restaurant at The Randolph was refurbished in 2005, and the following year was awarded its second rosette by the AA. Rest your heels while you tuck into homemade scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream.
