Our Customer Panel meets every 3 months and is a chance to have your say about our network and service.

Customer Panel members are:
  • people who’ve volunteered their time – so their views aren’t necessarily the same as ours
  • separate from Travel Focus and London Travelwatch, which can still offer you help
  • from across the areas our trains run through
But, they’re not responsible for dealing with complaints, which you should make to us.
