What to expect

Winter Wonderland has a list of activities as long as Father Christmas’ list of presents. From ice skating on the UK’s largest outdoor ice rink to riding on a traditional carousel, an action-packed Christmas is guaranteed within Hyde Park or – if you’re seeking an alternative Christmas adventure - you can venture deep into Magical Kingdom’s Secret Forest to find festive creatures, watch acrobatic circus performers or take part in ice sculpting workshops.

With so much action on ice, there’s also plenty of opportunities to chill. Wander through the market stalls to buy last-minute gifts, eat seasonal food and drink, and settle in to watch a festive film with the immersive cinematic adventure, The Snowman Experience.

The free-to-enter Winter Wonderland is open from 10:00 to 22:00 every day, apart from Christmas Day. To see the twinkle twinkle spectacle in all its glory, be sure to visit after dark.
