You can collect your tickets from a Self Service Ticket machine at any station. You will need your booking reference, which is the 8 digit code sent out in the confirmation email you receive after booking. You can also find your reference by logging into My Account then clicking "Bookings" at the top of the page.
Print at home
Some tickets can be printed at home. It’s important to note that these are non-refundable, and no changes can be made once you’ve bought them.
First Class post
If you’re booking your tickets 5 working days or more in advance of travel, you can choose to have them delivered via First Class Post.
Next day delivery
If you’re booking your tickets 2 working days prior to travel, you can chooses to have them sent via special delivery to any UK address, at a cost of £7.50 per address delivered to. A signature will be required.
How long tickets take to arrive depends on the day of the week you book on:
Monday to Thursday – bookings made before 17:00 are guaranteed to be delivered by 13:00 the next working day
Friday – bookings will be delivered the following Monday
Saturday – will be processed the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday
