Our complimentary First Class service is normally available on weekday high-speed trains starting their journey between 06:00 and 19:30.
There may be times, where for operational reasons, drinks and snacks are served from the Standard Class trolley, or we are unable to offer a service.
We can't guarantee the availability of our on-board Wi-Fi, or that First Class customers will always receive an enhanced service.
Reclining seats, plug sockets, and USB ports aren't available in First Class on our fleet of 165/166 'Turbo' trains.
Our at-seat service is available on high-speed trains, starting their journey on weekdays between 06:00 and 19:30.
Our current high-speed trains (HST) have 1 First Class space for wheelchairs less than 610mm wide. There are no accessible toilets in First Class.
Our new Intercity Express Trains have 2 wheelchair spaces, and an accessible toilet, in First Class; and double this, when 2 trains are joined together.
