All our passengers – cabin and lounge passengers – have access to:

  • access to showers at Paddington (platform 12) on departure or after arrival
  • unisex toilets at both ends of each coach

Upgrading to a cabin

You may be able to upgrade to a cabin on the day you travel. Upgrade fees are: 
  • £60 a person for a single cabin
  • £35 a person for a double cabin
Cabin passengers joining at Paddington can also use our First Class Lounge, located on Platform 1, from 21.30.

  • Passengers can stay on board until 07:00

Other things you’ll need to know

  • Luggage: storage is available in cabins and coaches, with larger items stored in the guard’s van
  • Guide dogs and pets are allowed – guide dogs can travel in cabins, pets travel in the guard’s van in a suitable pet carrier
  • Booking: make your booking online by searching by date with the time selected after 21:00 – but child tickets need to be booked at the station
