With our new overnight trains, you can catch earlier flights and get home more smoothly after late arrivals. Taking the train overnight to Gatwick also means a more relaxed start from home whilst avoiding the expense of airport parking and hotels.
Overnight trains to Gatwick Airport on Saturdays and Mondays
From Saturday 6 June to Saturday 12 September, we’ve added extra trains to and from Gatwick in the early hours of Saturday and Monday mornings. They’re designed to get you to your terminal in time for the day’s earliest flights – including those with easyJet, Jet2 and British Airways – and to help get home hassle-free after a late landing.

Travelling in a group? Save with the Gatwick Flyaway
The Gatwick Flyaway is the ideal ticket for friends and family heading to the airport together and there are no time restrictions on when you can travel.
The Flyaway covers a return journey for up to four adults travelling as a group, and you can add up to four children for just £1 each. For example, the Flyaway from Reading to Gatwick Airport is just £74.
This ticket can only be bought at our ticket offices. Buy in advance or on the day of travel and proof of airline travel may be requested.
