- Nuts, including peanuts, are sold on our trains. We cannot guarantee that other items on our menu are nut-free. If you have allergies or any specific requirements, please talk to your Customer Host.
- We offer a cashless food and drink service on board. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.
- In accordance with the Think 25 policy, if you appear under the age of 25, you may be asked to provide ID.
- *We aim to offer food and drink on high-speed services starting their journey at 06:00 – 19:30 during the week, but this is not guaranteed.
- Food and drink are only offered on services operated by our Intercity Express Trains, excluding the following routes: Penzance – Cardiff/Gloucester; London – Newbury/Bedwyn or London – Oxford.
