Terms and conditions
- Virgin Experience Days (VED) Pullman voucher entitles the customer to a 3-course meal for 2 people, on either the 13:15 Plymouth to London Paddington service, or the 12:22 Swansea to London Paddington service (Monday to Friday)
- VED Pullman voucher also entitles the customer to 2x Standard Class Off-Peak single tickets valid on Great Western Railway (GWR) services only, for journeys from London Paddington to either Plymouth or Swansea. Return journey must be made within 28 days of outbound journey.
- Voucher also includes a steak supplement for 2 people or 1x bottle of Prosecco, if this package has been purchased.
- Should for any reason the steak supplement or 1x bottle prosecco not be available to a customer who has purchased this package, GWR reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative to the customer. Should the customer reject the alternative, VED will issue a partial refund for the value of the steak supplement / 1x bottle prosecco.
- Customers are entitled to complimentary bread, tea and coffee when dining in the Pullman. No other food or drink is included within the Virgin Experience Days package, and any additional food or drink will need to be purchased separately onboard.
- Pullman Dining voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date. GWR is unable to honour Pullman vouchers not redeemed within this period.
- GWR cannot guarantee that any of the dishes served in the Pullman Dining carriage will be allergen-free.
- GWR cannot guarantee that any of the dishes served in the Pullman Dining carriage will be gluten-free.
- All items offered on the Pullman Dining menu are subject to availability.

- Dogs are not permitted inside the Pullman Dining carriage (except guide dogs).
- Pullman Dining is available Monday to Friday. It is not available on Bank Holidays, Maundy Thursday or between Christmas and New Years.
- All Pullman dining carriages contain a wheelchair accessible space and are within easy reach of an accessible toilet.
- To redeem your Virgin Experience Days voucher, please contact gwrbusinessdirect@gwr.com, or call 0345 7000 125 and quote your reference number and 4-digit pin code. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00.
- We ask that Pullman Dining reservations are made no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
- If for any reason you can no longer make your Pullman Dining reservation, please let us know no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
- Should for any reason the Pullman not be able to operate on the customer's scheduled departure date, GWR will offer a new booking at a different time as requested by the customer.
- Customers are welcome to board the 13:15 Plymouth to London Paddington service at any point between Plymouth and Exeter St Davids. If your total journey time is less than 50 minutes, we won’t be able to welcome you to our Pullman Dining restaurant. This means no further orders will be accepted beyond Exeter St Davids.
- Customers are welcome to board the 12:22 Swansea to London Paddington service at any point between Swansea and Bristol Parkway. If your total journey time is less than 50 minutes, we won’t be able to welcome you to our Pullman Dining restaurant. This means no further orders will be accepted beyond Bristol Parkway.

- Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, your contract with GWR and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
