Reduced facilities
Please be aware that there is currently no lift access at Grays station due to a new lift being installed.
Unfortunately, c2c do not have a completion date for these works but they will continue to update National Rail Enquiries and the station updates link.
Whilst there are no lifts available, step free access is available to all platforms.
Passenger Assistance is available for disabled customers, older customers and anyone with reduced mobility. This can be booked online up to 2 hours before travel or by speaking to a member of staff at the station.
