• To check your journey, you can download the GWR app, visit our JourneyCheck tool, or visit the National Rail Enquiries website.

If you have purchased a ticket for travel or would like to make a change, you can find details on other GWR systems, including the GWR app.

• If you have purchased an eTicket, made a booking with a GWR touch smartcard, or chosen to collect your ticket from a Ticket Vending Machine before departure, your ticket details will be available in the GWR app in the ticket wallet.
• If you have purchased a ticket to be delivered by post, your ticket details will be visible in MyAccount, which you can access through tickets.gwr.com.
• For refunds, Delay Repay, or to change your journey details (date or time), download the GWR app.
