It is currently not possible to provide ramp assisted boarding from Platform 2 (towards Leamington Spa / London Marylebone), due to the gap between the train and the platform.
Where possible, we recommend that customers who require ramp assisted boarding travel via Leamington Spa.
If required, a taxi will be provided to help you continue your journey. To arrange this, please speak to station staff (when the ticket office is open), use the Passenger Assist App, or call our Assisted Travel Team on 03456 005 165 (option 3 then option 3 again). We recommend that where possible you make arrangements two hours before travel to avoid any potential waiting time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause. A specially designed ramp is being manufactured, which should be installed in early July 2026.

The lifts at Warwick station have now opened. Customers requiring level access to Platform 2 (towards Leamington Spa / London) will need to use both station lifts via the subway, starting from the main station building / car park side of the station.
Please note that ramp assisted boarding is currently not possible from Platform 2.

- Rail replacement bus services run from Bus Stops on the main Coventry Road, a three minute walk away. For buses towards Warwick Parkway and Stratford-upon-Avon, please walk down station Road, turn left and safely cross to the opposite side of Coventry Road. (what 3 words: spot.belly.gravy).
