Take a train to one of the UK’s hottest festivals this September. Bristol’s Tokyo World Festival promises sublime music and an awesome atmosphere.

What to expect

Tokyo World takes place in Eastville Park, Bristol, from 22 to 23 September 2018. 

Featuring the best of drum and bass, hip hop and grime music, the line-up for 2018 seeks to honour Bristol’s rich musical past. Legendary performances from Action Bronson, Lethal Bizzle, Groove Armada, Sister Sledge, Morcheeba and more groundbreaking acts take place across five fields, all within Eastville Park, making Tokyo World a truly epic experience.

If Tokyo World 2017 is anything to go by, this year will be even better.

How to get there

The nearest train station is Stapleton Road, just a 15-minute walk to the festival site. You can also take the train to Bristol Temple Meads station where a shuttle service will run between the station and the festival for most of the day.

  • Clifton Down – 56 minute walk, 43 minutes by bus/walk, 14 minute drive
  • Montpelier – 40 minute walk, 26 minutes by bus/walk, 10 minute drive
  • Stapleton Road – 15 minute walk, 12 minutes by bus/walk, 7 minute drive

Please note trains will be unable to call at Bristol Parkway during this weekend, long-distance services will call at Patchway instead. Buses will replace trains between Patchway and Bristol Parkway as well as between Filton Abbey Wood, Bristol Parkway and Yate.
