It’s really easy to upgrade. Just ask any member of staff when you jump on board, and they’ll be able to let you know whether any seats are available. And even if you need to change to another GWR train as part of your trip, you’ll pay one fare for the whole journey.
GWR First upgrades aren’t available on services run by other train companies.
Our products are not made in a nut-free environment. Should you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements, please take a look at our allergen guide and if in any doubt speak to our on-board staff.

If we can’t serve you at your seat, just show your ticket at the buffet, or the Standard Class trolley, to get the complimentary snacks and drinks you’d like. All products are subject to availability and change.
We can't guarantee the availability of our on-board Wi-Fi, or that First Class customers will always receive an enhanced service.
