  • Standard or First Class Anytime tickets – travel on the day you buy or the day after (Anytime Single), or within 5 days of when you buy and return within a month (Anytime Return)
  • London Day Travelcards: include your journey across London zones 1 to 6 when you buy your train ticket – for travel on the London Underground, most National Rail, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and bus services
  • Executive tickets: enjoy First Class Anytime Return travel with seat reservations, an on-board catering voucher and parking at the station
  • Business Carnets: get 10 train tickets for the price of 9 on selected routes
  • Corporate Season Tickets: save money on the journeys your staff make regularly – anyone in your company can use these, but you’ll need to be a Business Direct customer to buy them
  • Corporate Group Travel: travel together as a group of 10 or more – just email us about your seating booking requirements, or to hire a carriage or even a whole train
  • First Class lounges: relax with complimentary refreshments at London Paddington and Cardiff Central – open to all First Class ticket holders

To set up an online Business Direct account, you’ll need a company address, registration and telephone number, a main contact name, telephone number and email address.
