Step Free Category B2- Station Step free access available to the Westbury-bound platform. Platform 2 can only be accessed via the footbridge on the station or using the barrow crossing (only to be used with the assistance of station staff).
Please be aware for passengers changing trains at Castle Cary and who require the barrow crossing, we require a 15 minute gap between trains to safely use the crossing.
