Enjoy sponTRAINeous days out with GWR

Over the summer we are increasing the availability of weekday Advance Single fares on a number of our quieter services so you could enjoy a sponTRAINeous day out for less than you think.

Additional GWR Advance Single fares will be available for travel Monday to Friday between 28 May and 27 September 2024, excluding 26 August (Bank Holiday Monday).

They will be available on services:

• from London Paddington between 07:30 to 09:30 and 20:00 to 22:00
• towards London Paddington between 10:30 to 12:30 and 16:30 to 18:30

Yes, child concessions of 50% apply for customers aged 5-15 inclusive. Up to two children aged under 5 can travel free with each fare paying passenger. Seat reservations for children aged under 5 are not available.

1. Subject to availability, normal GWR Advance Single fare conditions apply.
2. GWR Advance Single fares are:
   1. available via GWR.com and also available through the GWR App and certain third party retailers.
   2. subject to quota-controlled availability and will be valid for the booked GWR service(s) only.
   3. for selected journeys only, and are not available between every pair of GWR served stations.
   4. non-refundable, except where permitted under the terms of the National Rail Conditions of Travel.
3. Customers may not start, break and resume, or end their journey at any intermediate station except to change to/from connecting trains as shown on the ticket(s).
4. These tickets will not be valid for travel on other train operators' services, or on dates or times other than as shown on the ticket.
5. GWR reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice and to take appropriate action or withdraw this offer at any time
