Step free access is available to Platform 1 (to Carmarthen) via the station car park.
Step free access to Platform 2 (to Milford Haven) is via the entrance at the end of the cul de sac. Access between the platforms is via a roadbridge with pavement, however there is no pavement along the access road to Platform 1.
