If you have purchased a ticket for travel or wish to view booking details, you can find these using the GWR app.


  • If you have purchased an eTicket, made a booking with a GWR touch smartcard, or chosen to collect your ticket from a Ticket Vending Machine before departure, your ticket details will be available in the GWR app in the ticket wallet.
  • If you have purchased a ticket to be delivered by post, please refer to your booking confirmation email sent when you originally made the booking.

For refunds, Delay Repay or to change journey details (date or time) follow the below:


  • Refunds – visit our Refunds portal.
  • Delay Repay – visit our Delay Repay portal.
  • Changes to your existing tickets – please visit a manned GWR ticket office.
