You can download the GWR app using the free Wi-Fi at selected GWR stations.
Advance Single fares must be booked up to 18:00 the day before travel.
You can book mobile e-Tickets on all single and return Super Off-Peak, Off-Peak and Anytime fares for Standard and First Class (subject to availability) up to 5 minutes before train departure.
In the unlikely event that your mobile e-Ticket isn’t working at the gate, show it to our station staff and they’ll help you. Don't forget to charge your phone – if you can’t show your mobile e-Ticket to station staff you’ll need to buy a new ticket on the day.
